Credit's Consumption :
- BB5 RAP3 SL3 Unlocking: 50 credits/phone
- BB5 Rapido SL2 Unlocking: 45 credits/phone
- BB5+ Direct Unlock No TP PA_SL2: No credits used to unlock but box must have minimum 200 credits to operate these functions
- DCT4+ Direct Unlock: 2 credits/phone
- DCT4 / DCT4+ RPL: 2 credits/phone
- Nokia Contact Service Repair: 12 credits/phone

FAQ:
Question: My calculation was ok, but on upload i got error 15, can i get my credits back ?
Answer: Off course not, you did an SL3 phone and you didnt spend the time to read the precautions.

Question: I have good cable that works with JAF,UB,MTBOX, Asda beans can from 9 pence etc, but with the logger i got error 10 on sending code and i am charged 5 credits, can i get a refund ?
Answer: Again no, its your responsibility to test the cable by other means first and preserve server bandwidth for other Genie users as well.

Question: I have good RX2 cable, unlocked many phones with the logger but sometimes i have to do the read twice, the first time fails, but second time is ok, can i get the refund for the first credits lost ?
Answer: This is caused by noisy interface as the RX2 communication is quite fast and error prone. Genie Team will not refund the lost credits as we don't have time keep track on every server operation. Using the service for RAP3 phones is entirely on users risk.

Instruction for buy and use credits:

STEP 1 - UPDATE: (if your Clip got leatest version you can skip this STEP You must update your box to latest version first. Put your box in USB disk mode switch it on and select this mode. Connect box to pc and update to latest version using Genie Client from Genie Download area (http://www.genie-universal.com/?page_id=10). Also make a note of your box serial number, this is displayed in the genie client software and enter note this (you will need this when you finish order)

STEP 2 - CREATING CREDITS.CNT FILE: (you don't need to make this if you got already account - in this situation just send us SN of your Box and username to upload credits) On your genie box, Run “Bb5notp.exe” in Programs.
a) Select Menu,
b) Select “Info”
Press Right click on the ROUND JOYSTICK to check Credits status. This will create your credits.cnt file in SYSTEM:\CREDIT.CNT

STEP 3 - GETTING NEEDED CREDITS FILE OUT OF YOUR BOX:
Put your box in USB disk mode switch it on and select this mode. Connect box to pc and locate your credits.cnt file, you can find this file on your genie memory card in the system folder (SYSTEM:\CREDIT.CNT). Coy this - you will need to send to us.
STEP 4 - BUYING CREDITS:
After you place an order and it's paid and verified you must send to us your box serial in the box requested, fill your order ID and attach credits.cnt file.

STEP 5 - AFTER PURCHASE:
Wait until you will recive file from us - don't use any credits now. Once you have made payment we will send you an email within 24 hours in workign days. This email contains your new credits.cnt file. simply connect your box to pc in usb disk mode and overwrite your current credits.cnt file file located in the system folder on your genie memory card

STEP 6 - UPLOADING LOGS TO SERVER
Important Note: Upload of credits to our server works only once. Then if you finish your server account and want to top up, you can't do the upload for a second time! You can still pay here, but you will need to let us know that you want the credits added to the server, not your device. So in this case please do not attach credits.cnt file, but instead put you account name in the special note section when you place your order. Thank you!

a) Connect Genie to PC via mini usb cable
b) Run log.amx
c) Install drivers if needed, run BB5Logger.exe
d) Press Connect
e) Think of a password and type it(at least 8 characters)
f) No need to enter User Name, as your device SN will be used for that
g) Make sure you have working Internet, press Credits, allow firewall access if requested
i) You should get server version and amount of credits transfered to server
j) When all done, you can connect by using your device SN as username and the chosen pass

- MAKE SURE YOUR DEVICE FIRMWARE AND APPLICATIONS IS UPDATED! DO NOT REMOVE OR REPLACE WITH OLD FILES AFTER ANY CREDIT USED!
- CREDIT.CNT GENERATE AND CHANGE WHENEVER CREDITS USED ON YOUR DEVICE. EVEN IF YOU INTEND TO TOPUP YOUR CREDITS, YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO GET CREDIT.CNT DIRECTLY FROM YOUR DEVICE SD CARD. DO NOT USE ANY CREDITS ON YOUR DEVICE BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR NEW CREDIT.CNT BACK FROM US

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASE - THIS ARE THINGS YOU SCHOULD KEEP IN MIND BEFORE PURCHASE:

1) You need good quality cable and adapter with all lines (incl RX2 and VPP)
2) You will be charged on reading ask file and calculating RPL as follows:
read - 5 credits
calc - 45 credits
so total: 50 credits per one unlock
3) If for some reason(bad cable, error connection) the read fails, you will be still charged 5 credits
4) You can perfectly read ask and calculate rpl for SL3 firmware phone and because there is no HW diff between SL2 and SL3 phones, you will be still charged 50 credits, but upload will fail. So make sure you press Upload first in bb5notp.exe to check if this is SL3 phone (off course this will work only on phones with valid PM, if the phone is erased detection will not be correct)
